His multicultural, multifunctional, and multi-industry background enables him to take a holistic view of complex, enterprise-wide challenges and drive strategic alignment across functions, regions, and leadership teams.
Francisco’s work centers on enabling organizations move beyond fragmented improvement efforts by building integrated operating systems that align strategy, processes, technology, and leadership behaviors. He partners with leaders to develop transformational strategies and execution roadmaps that support growth, improve resilience, and deliver measurable business results.
Francisco has held global leadership roles across multiple industries and is certified by the National Institute of Smart Manufacturing (CESMII) as a Smart Manufacturing Roadmap professional. He also holds Master Black Belt and Lean Manager certifications and has completed multiple advanced programs in AI, smart manufacturing, and leadership development.
